When and how did you join the company?
I joined in March 2020 right at the start of the pandemic. Prior to this I had been working within the housing industry for four years.
What are the responsibilities of your business area?
We manage company secretarial services for Resident Management Company (RMC) directors, from the general admin, all the way to filing company accounts at Companies House.
My team also offers training solutions for RMC Directors, which covers what is required within the role and the associated legislative requirements.
I also look after Consultancy Services, where we analyse a client’s business situation and challenges and offer expert advice and solutions to help them improve.
