When and how did you join the company?
I initially trained to work as a nurse and took on a cleaning job at an organisation to earn some extra money (which eventually became the company I now work for).
While I was there, I thought this is a company I would like to work for … This spurred me on to look at accountancy courses, which after gaining qualifications led me to a role as a bookkeeper in a garage just down the road from the company.
In 2012 I joined the company as a billing administrator, and I have since been promoted through the ranks to now head up our billing team.
What are the responsibilities of your team?
We’re responsible for the processing and distributing of year end service charge accounts, annual property budgets, additional billing, and customer recharges.
