When did you join the company?
I joined in 2017, applying for a Sales Ledger Administrator vacancy. I was fortunate to be promoted to a Sales Ledger Team Leader in 2018 and in 2019, to Accounts Receivable Manager.
What are your team’s responsibilities?
We process payments that customers have made to their account via multiple different methods (e.g., Bank Transfer, Cheque, Card, Direct Debit etc). We also process any customer refunds where required.
How does your team help our clients and customers?
We ensure that payments are correctly allocated against their account. We also support with setting up direct debits directly with customers over the phone and any queries regarding how they are being collected.
What is unique about Innovus?
The company offers a collaborative approach across multiples teams. We have a large number of experts who can assist with queries and work together to continually improve our processes.
What has been your proudest moment?
Seeing the effects that changes I have put into place have had on our team on a long-term basis. Both in respects of making the process more efficient and also reducing the risk of errors occurring, which may ultimately impact our customers.
