A Sweet Celebration to Open the New Innovus Office in Luton

On Tuesday, 16th July 2024, we celebrated the official opening of our brand-new office in Luton. A modern space to bring together several teams, and offer a vibrant environment for colleagues to work and collaborate. 

The opening gathered some of our leaders, including Managing Director Steve Perrett, HR Director Sam Redman, Director of Asset Management Felix Keen, Marketing Director Steph Caw and  Director of Business Services Fran Giles. We were also joined by Paul Denton, Group Strategy Director to our parent company, Emeria. The atmosphere was incredible as everyone got familiar with the new facilities. 

“We’re thrilled to open our new office in Luton,” said Steve Perrett. “This space is designed to promote collaboration and support the work our incredible teams do. It’s great to see everyone come together in this fantastic new space.” 

To add a touch of fun and support a good cause, we hosted a company-wide Bake Off in conjunction with the office opening. The event, aimed at raising funds for our charity partner, MacMillan Cancer Support, featured an impressive selection of cakes baked by our colleagues. Leaders from the business judged the delicious entries, making for a spirited and sweet competition. 

“The Bake Off was a wonderful way to celebrate our new office and raise funds for MacMillan Cancer Support,” commented Steph Caw. “The effort and creativity that went into the cakes was fantastic. It’s always nice to see our team come together for such a meaningful cause.” 

Sam Redman added, “The camaraderie the Bake Off brought was so good to see. Our new office is the perfect venue for these events, helping us build a strong and united team.” 

The new Luton office illustrates our commitment to providing a supportive and inspiring work environment. With this new space, we’re well-equipped to continue to provide a vibrant workplace for all our employees.
