The comprehensive building surveying services offered by the team include legally binding party wall awards, assessing end-of-tenancy dilapidations, housing disrepair surveys, project managing major repairs and refurbishments, and providing asset management plans for prolonging the life of a property.
A RICS member, and comprising over 20 experienced Surveyors, Innovus Group Surveying Services is led by Clare Parker, formerly of Altrad Ltd and JLL with Paul Chinery as Surveying Director of South and Southeast England, Balfour Burrell as Surveying & Project Manager for London and within the M25, and Michael Purcell as Surveying and Project Manager for the West, Southwest and North of England.
Clare Parker, Director of Surveying Services, said:
“We’re delighted to be launching our new Surveying Services business, which has been enhanced to enable us to provide simple, end-to-end solutions to complex client requirements. Our team of professionals has over three decades of industry experience, which is why we are a trusted partner to FTSE 100 companies, property developers and property managers across the UK.
“Now, we can take on even more complex work which requires deep expertise, and complete it to a high standard, whilst maintaining excellent relations with residents, customers and supply chain partners. Our goal is to bring our services to more clients in the housebuilding, health, education and government sectors, and our regional on-the-ground presence will be key to this.
“As the Surveying & Valuation market begins to normalise after a challenging few years for the sector, we have a healthy pipeline of new business and we look forward to driving further growth in 2025 and beyond.”
