My role is focused on setting the Innovus strategy and leading a talented, committed executive team in delivering exceptional services to the UK’s property sector.

With over 30 years experience in the property industry I take pride in ensuring that our wide range of clients are provided with solutions to their most complex needs.

Outside of work I like to keep active and enjoy various gym based activities, playing golf and I am a qualified scuba diving instructor. I also love to spend as much time as possible with my English Springer Spaniel at local beaches or in the New Forest.

I lead a skilled team, specialising in harmonising processes, people, and technology, for professional and financial services.

I joined Innovus in 2006 and am proud to promote an inclusive people culture and provide opportunities for personal growth and development.

I enjoy travelling with my family in our caravan, playing netball for a local league, and have a keen interest in motorsports.

I have enjoyed a career working within various roles within the wider property sector, spanning over 30 years.

I joined Innovus back in 2002, and during this time, I have held a number of senior roles in Human Resources, Property Management, and most recently, Asset Management.

Outside of work, my main passion in life though, is to make full use of my holiday entitlement and travel.

I oversee the management of the ever-changing world of building safety, to deliver exceptional service to clients.

My team manages multiple remediation projects through funding routes and ensure building safety legislation compliance.

I enjoy spending time with my family and going for long walks near my seaside home in Wales.

I have over 27 years of surveying industry experience and joined the Innovus team in 2023.

I create and execute the strategy for our surveying business to support business growth and development, and ensure excellent service delivery.

I’m an avid rugby fan – watching, refereeing, and coaching. I also enjoy watching my son play professional rugby for Bath.

I lead a team of experienced finance professionals who ensure the financial integrity of the business.

My team provides a working partnership to help the business make informed commercial decisions that are aligned with our strategy and growth ambitions. We ensure that the financial interest of our stakeholders are protected with effective controls and performance monitoring.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling. I also love spending my time on walks with my dog.

I lead our people division to make Innovus a great place to work, and create a culture where our people feel that they belong.

I am an avid gym goer, but I also have a creative side, making jewellery using resin and dried flowers.

I oversee the marketing and communications team, which is pivotal for attracting new clients and supporting business growth.

I have 18 years of marketing experience across a range of industries, successfully driving growth from startups to blue chip companies.

In my spare time, I enjoy adventures with my two young boys and travelling to Spain. I am a fluent Spanish speaker.
